	SACT Substance Abuse Community Action Team
	Is a group of concerned citizens dedicated to: REDUCING ALCOHOL AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE FOR ADULTS AND YOUTH IN CATRON COUNTY WHO ARE WE? BUSINESS PEOPLE EDUCATORS CATRON COUNTY HEALTH COUNCIL COMMUNITY MEMBERS LAW ENFORCEMENT DWI COORDINATOR WHAT HAVE WE DONE? We have initiated a Resolution with the Catron County Commission to suspend sentence for traffic violations occurring with the County. The people with suspended sentences would pay a fine to the County. The money will be used for Drug Education in Catron County. BUSINESS PEOPLE Technical Assistance Financial Support EDUCATORS School Board Administration Teachers Add Technical Support Membership CATRON COUNTY HEALTH COUNCIL COMMUNITY MEMBERS Community Members along with the Professional Members have joined together to form the SACAT. The Community Members offer a lot of free work to help make our aim for a healthier County a reality. The Community Members represent groups such as Churches, retired law enforcement and recovering addicts. LAW ENFORCEMENT Sheriff Department & State Police Sheriff Department: Provides Technical Assistance Membership Support State Police: Provides Technical Assistance Membership Support Sponsors School Programs, such as the Jr. Special Agent Program DWI COORDINATOR Helps to organize and start SACAT Aided in Technical Help Put SACAT in touch with Regional and State agencies. Helps to organize and bring the training session on Methamphetamines and Child Abuse along with Border Area Mental Health Join our SACAT-Substance Abuse Community Action Team Help make a difference in your community! Meetings are 2nd Tuesday of month at the Health Council Office at 12:00 noon.
